Ordering
We accept major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. However currently all this payment method need to be processed by PayPal, you can either use it with or without a paypal account.

Kindly note that once your order has been shipped out from our warehouses or our partners', typically up to 5 business days, we might not be able to make a change to the order, we will try our best to work a solution out with you!

In most cases our product prices are tax included (we will state it on product page and cart page if otherwise), and we also will cover the import duties, in a word, the product prices and shipping fee(if your order amount is less than $59.99 USD) is all you need to pay.
Shipping
Currently we ship to about 20 countries around the world, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Mexico and more. We are continuously trying our best to update the list, you can use the countries selector menu at the upper right and the lower left drop down list to check if your countries are listed. We manage to offer free shipping to all countries as long as the order amount is over $59.99 USD.
We use different warehouses, and partner with different manufacturers around the world to produce and ship our products, so it will be depending on where you are and what you purchase. We try our best to let all products produce are to the same high quality standards and use the most suitable delivery services as we can find.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $59.99 USD.
If less, you need to pay $6.99 USD for shipping.
We also provide expedite shipping for $9.99 USD.
After receiving your order, we need 2 to 5 business days to process it, that is because we try to lower our inventory level so that we don't have to pay much for warehousing in order to lower our product prices for customers. After your order has shipped, you'll receive an tracking number to follow the latest delivery status. it usually take 4 to 12 days for delivery for most countries, however sometime it will take up to 20 days.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or abnormal conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking information. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

To qualify for a return or exchange, simply ensure that the product(s) are in pristine condition, unblemished, unwashed, and still in their original packaging. Please make sure to postmark your items for return within 30 days of delivery.

You will need to pay the shipping cost unless: 1. We ship you the wrong item(s) in sizes, colors, styles. 2. Item(s) shipped is/are damaged goods due to wrong printing or any kind of manufacturing defect.
Please contact us at help@mapletells.com with your order number and the reason why you need a return or exchange, we will provide you with an address where the returning order go be sent to. The address varies depending where you are and what product you've order.
After we receive all items requested for returning and exchanging, we will issue the refund or ship the new items with 5 business days.
Once we receive your returned items, we will issue refund by the original form of payment within 2 business days.
We use standard sizing that used by most US website and brands, along with size conversion to EU, UK and AU sizes. We highly recommend that our customers to check the size chart before adding an item to cart and checkout. If you find your purchase item doesn't fit you but it was made according to the size chat, we are happy to help you exchange it however you will need to cover the shipping cost.
