1. Return Policy
Not fully satisfied with your purchase? (Every new t-shirt has sour smelling which is an inevitable by-product of the printing process, and it will be go away soon by washing the new t-shirt in cold water and hanging it to dry.) If you like a different style, size or color, you can ask for an exchange.
Still want to return? Please contact us by sending email to this address service@mapletells.com, providing the original order number(s), email address you used to place that order(s), and photo/video of the exact item(s) you would like to return.
Please make sure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and to request return within 30 days of receipt of the order. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
Customer will bear the direct cost of returning of the item(s) including the shipping cost of shipping to and back from, in addition to a 5% restocking fee, if no conditions followed are met:
1. We ship you the wrong item(s) in sizes, colors, styles.
2. Item(s) shipped is/are damaged goods due to wrong printing or any kind of manufacturing defect.
*What if I followed the size guide and it still doesn’t fit?
We use standard sizing that used by most US website and brands, along with size conversion to EU, UK and AU sizes. We highly recommend that our customers to check the size chart before adding an item to cart and checkout. If you find your purchase item doesn't fit you but it was made according to the size chat, we are happy to help you exchange it however you will need to cover the shipping cost.
Refund will be made to the original form of payment, within 2 business days after we receive all the returned items.
2. Exchange Policy
We want all of you to love what you bought from us, so in case you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchased items, we can arrange an exchange for situation where you ordered the wrong style, color, size item(s), as long as the items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Simply send email to our customer service team at service@mapletelles.com with the original order number, the product link and the style, size, color you would like to exchange to, our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process including return the wrong item(s) and ways of pay or get refund of the price differences if there is any.
You will bear all the shipping costs for the exchange, and no restocking fee is needed for exchange.
